This virtual workshop brought together around 30 participants from across the maritime value chain, as well as academia and government representatives. Combining expert presentations and collaborative breakout sessions, the participants aimed to identify a set of concrete best practices for different segments of the industry which will be presented at the Annual Summit 2026 in Shanghai; and to explore policy options and policy engagement paths for addressing governance and implementation gaps.
