The second edition of the Getting to Zero Coalition Action Framework provides a snapshot of how Coalition members are advancing the transition to zero-emission shipping. With 95 submissions this year—86 from industry members and ninefrom supporting organisations—participation has grown.
The Action Framework serves as a tool for transparency, accountability, and shared learning. It documents progress across 25 action areas spanning first-mover activity, transition investments, enabling conditions, market-making, and early deployment.
