One year after the launch of the Sustainable Crewing Guidelines, a set of nine recommendations to improve working conditions at sea, a new report captures how 13 pioneering All Aboard Alliance member companies have translated the guidelines into practice.

'Raising the standard at sea' highlights strong practices across most of the nine guideline areas and identifies areas that still require further progress. Rather than prescribing a single approach, the report showcases what good looks like in practice and demonstrates how the Sustainable Crewing Guidelines can support continuous improvement while encouraging companies to adapt ideas to their own context.
